what does that mean, especially on the heels of kamala harris not knowing that ukraine was no a member of nato in her remarks? this is embarrassing. >> that is the problem. even before joe biden goes there . the problem is his words are viewed as empty and his actions have proven to be timid and reluctant in late to the game. as you talked about, as joe biden sends kamala harris to a meeting to stutter through a meaningless press conference in romania, the polish, czech and slovenian prime ministers literally went into kyiv to mee with zelenskyy in the middle of a war zone. even the swedes and the swiss who are usually on the sideline are all rising to meet the challenge. joe biden is all about words. when it comes to actions, he's doing things like impeding the delivery of polish megs to the ukrainians. since president zelenskyy begge congress for tomorrow are the things that joe biden should have been giving him months ago when the intelligence was clear that russia was going to invade. joe biden strategy was if russi invades, then we will get involved and help ukraine. if russia involves then we will impose sanctions. this is exactly what was going to happen. it's a little wonder that the world has moved on and this crisis hopefully will be solved but it won't be solved by the biden administration. >> there was a moment from an interviewee that the secretary of state gave today that you have to see. watch. >> how real is the risk of this spiraling into nuclear war? >> we have real concerns that russia could use a chemical weapon, another weapon of mass destruction. >> if they do use weapons what will nato and the u.s. allies do ? >> we have been clear, includin with russia and with others, that there would be a very serious response. i will not spell it out here. the consequences would be severe . >> your reaction to that. >> my reaction is more of the same from the biden administration. it underscores the fact that vladimir prudence deterrence is working. all he has to do is retitle the favor talk about nuclear weapon or chemical weapons and the biden administration backs down and says, well, we cannot do something because it might be exploited tory. the rest of the countries involved in this are all stepping up. they are hearing the exact same threats, and yet prime minister are going into war zones to mee with zelenskyy to solve the problem. the biden administration is looking for ways to not lead, but to stay at the back of the room. it's unfortunate. >> just a simple question. would any of this be happening if donald trump were president? then support plummeted by nearl have to 23% while opposition to that almost doubled to 43%. the biggest shift came among republicans who went from supporting a no fly zone by a 22-point margin to opposing it by a 38 . margin. facts really do matter. all those americans, are they selfish? harris in poland was an utter, total embarrassment. every american had to feel something was wrong there. of course, biden i think is totally out of touch with reality and it's been pathetic. the result is the chinese are more important. you have syrians potentially coming into europe as a fightin force. you have europeans who have no respect for the current america administration. you have putin thinking as long as he yells nuclear war he can get away with anything he wants to including killing civilians, bombing maternity hospitals, attacking nuclear reactors work you have an administration in washington which is totally out of touch with reality. >> back to your point on the crime in the united states. i think what we are seeing in these polls is awful and tragic and horrific as putin's war is, the mom and pop small businesses , the american families are most concerned about what is happening in schools and what is happening t their family budget and what is happening on the street. it is so bad in seattle that we learned tonight that amazon is at least temporarily relocating 1800 of its employees out of seattle because it has become such a hell hole of crime. i think this is an opportunity. do you not agree for republican 50 state strategy to wipe the democrats out in 2024. not just in the old red state block, but across the country from new york to washington state to california and beyond. >> i think republicans should encourage candidates and everywhere. i will say the congressional campaign committee has done in amazing job. they will have more candidates that we had in 1994, which at the time set a record. when you look at san francisco where the school board members who were recalled with over 70% vote, that was led by asian americans who are deeply offended that the left wing nut cakes want to destroy the schools as the key to their children's future. when you look at hispanic americans they are pro-life. they are for the work ethic. look from the democratic party which increasingly looks crazy. you had 89 democrats today signed a letter to biden from the house saying that the greatest threat is global warming. we are in the middle of a war. the greatest threat is global warming. how whacked out do you have to be? >> it's great to see you as always. thank you so much. we have breaking news out of ukraine. we are learning about new air raid sirens. joining me on the ground is senior foreign affairs correspondent greg. what can you tell us tonight? >> reporter: overnight we had a few extended air raid sirens here in levee. no sign exactly about what they were warning about. over in kyiv things were much worse. air raid sirens and explosions on the outskirts of that capita city. the russians stepped up the indiscriminate bombardment by altar lori. we saw most of the day on tuesday dozens of civilians killed. the main forces still outside the center. the showing of the capitol by russians to become more systematic. the buildings left burning racks . meanwhile relief for the people of the port city. 20,000 people made their way ou in cars in the last two days. there are 400,000 people remaining there. 2200 are feared dead. talks today between ukraine and russia were characterized as difficult. some sign of possible compromise . here in levee there was a funeral for four soldiers kille in the missile attacks that we have seen here in the west. shelters, we are told, bursting with refugees. hospitals filled with the wounded. russian forces maybe coming fro the north or from belarus is th next concern. we had a chance to sit down wit the mayor of levee on tuesday. he told us that they can beat the russians if they get more weapons, more arms. it sounds like a very tall orde at this point. it's a terrible tragedy. back to you. >> the thing i have been thinking about for the past 20 for hours, it is obviously our colleagues. and their families. and you and everyone in harm's way. it is heartbreaking and so upsetting. i think of the people in ukrain without basic food. food is running out in a lot of parts of ukraine. what can you tell us about that. how are they coping?
