>> the reason it is all important is that the administration is taking the position that the people must choose between earning a living and living out their faith. americans don't want politicians to decide what faith is and who the faithful are and how we are allow tod live out that faith. >> paul, this could affect you in the financial level. i mean, estimates of 9.6 million dollars. that is a lot of money and even you said as much money as it is. it is more than the money for you. how can it beine more important to win the battle not just for the financial issue but for the moral issue. >> that is a great question, governor. we have two issues at stake. one financial and anyone in our business knows that many, many millions of dollars is it crippling to our business and harmful to our business and our employees and benefits that we currently provide which are generous. that is the economic factor which is scary to say the least. and the moral issue is deeper than that. and we really haven't done the math to see the economic impact would be. the moral issue of religious creedom to us is at a greater issue and freedom that all americans have. it is it a bigger issue for us what we are focused on at this point. first words of the first amendment. congress shall make no law and then it said that it shall make no law to infringe on freedom of speech or free exercise of religion or the prohibition thereof. it would appear your case is based on the fact that congress made a law that trample would all over paul's faith and did prohibit him from practicing his faith. is that the legal basis of with which you will feel comfortable winning this case? >> it is it. this is not just the family and their business. but it is about the constitutional and statutory right for pime deciding how they live out their faith and involve religious principles in their business. just like in the chick segment. it is important to individual and religious ministris and colleges. this runs the gamit of a constitutional issue of the core and that is religious liberty. >> you and your family have taken a risk. you could lose your business if you lose this case. you believe so strongly you are putting it all on the line like >> when you put it like that, it is it a scary proposition certainly. but you know, again. we have such a god values and faith in our family and this is it as i said earlier that our partners would be proud of their children. i am sure living the faith and values that they have begin us and trying to pass on. do we want the business to be harmed?
