Tomah woman cited for drunken driving after crash that injured four

TOMAH, Wis. (WKBT) — A Tomah woman was cited for drunken driving after a single-vehicle crash in which four people were injured in Monroe County.
According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Nicole Ray, 24, was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado at about 8 p.m. Wednesday southbound near 26537 Hwy. CA when she lost contol on a curve. The truck rolled twice before coming to rest on its wheels and four of the five occupants were taken in an ambulance to a local hospital.
Investigators say alcohol and speed were suspected to be factors. Ray was cite for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated causing injury.
