Clemson, S.C. — In its final non-conference match before opening ACC play, the Clemson men’s tennis team (4-3, 0-0 ACC) fell to Memphis (3-1, 0-0 AAC), 6-1, on Friday night.
The Tigers dropped the doubles decision with losses at No. 1 (2-6) and 3 (5-7). In singles, Teodor Giusca pic aked up the lone victory of the match on Court 1, 5-7, 6-4, 10-6, to improve to 6-1 on the season.

The Tigers hit the road for the first time this season to open up ACC action. Clemson makes its first stop in Tallahassee on Friday, Feb. 19 where it will take on Florida State at 5:30 p.m. Then on Feb. 21 the Tigers travel to Coral Gables to face Miami. First serve against the Hurricanes is at noon.
