After four-and-a-half years leading the Houston Police Department, Art Acevedo has stepped down to take the role of top cop in Miami. Longtime HPD officer Troy Finner is the current chief. Ahead of Finner's swearing-in ceremony, Acevedo removed his badge and pinned it onto Finner's uniform.
