RAYMOND PHILIP STARKINGS, 32, of Home Close, Carterton, was convicted of driving at 97mph in a 70mph zone on the M40 between junction 2 and 3 on October 22. He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.
ROBERT TREW, 38, of Queen’s Road, Thame, admitted driving at 50mph in a 30mph zone on Seymour Court Road on September 24. He was fined £692, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £69 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with six penalty points.
