He was fined £440, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points. GEORGE HORTON, 25, of Lime Tree Close, Wantage, admitted drink-driving on October 31 on Mill Street, Wantage. He had 74mcg of alcohol per 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months.
