Detailed description of the changes made to Roar of Conquest from Stainless Steel 6.4 for Portugal and the Moorish Caliphate.

Greetings! Today I will be going over the changes made to the factions of the Kingdom of Portugal and the Moorish Caliphate from Stainless Steel 6.4 to Roar of Conquest. Like so many other, these two factions suffered from area of recruitment restrictions, or AOE. The Moorish Caliphate especially suffered from this problem, with many of their faction-unique units which made playing them interesting and flavorful painfully restricted. As a whole, the AI balance between Portugal and the Moorish Caliphate has not changed dramatically from Stainless Steel 6.4, which is good; they were pretty well balanced before I started my mod. There have been a couple of other changes that should make playing as these two factions more interesting for you, the player, so I hope you enjoy them. Now, enough with the intro; onto the action!
