Penn State Nittany Lions Nebraska Cornhuskers Big Ten Tournament Preview

The Nebraska Cornhuskers face off against the Penn State Nittany Lions for the third time this season the teams split their games during the regular season. The road team won each time in this season’s series with Nebraska notching a narrow 62-61 win Sunday, Feb. 14 at Penn State before falling in Lincoln to the Nittany Lions 86-83 on Tuesday, Feb. 23. The two teams faced off last in the Big Ten Tournament in 2017 in Washington, D.C. That 76-67 overtime loss by the Huskers was the first Nebrasketball attended by yours truly. The teams also faced off in the 2015 Big Ten Tournament in Chicago and the Huskers lost a narrow one 68-65. Both games were played on the first rounds falling on Wednesday.
