Time/TV: 11:30 AM ET BTN Michigan State has seemingly done the unexpected and climbed back into the NCAA Tournament. A 5-2 stretch that included wins over three top five teams in Illinois, Ohio State and Michigan will do that for you. Outside of a loss at Michigan, the only loss in that stretch came at Maryland in a game they didn’t look particularly good in. ....
THE OVERVIEW Michigan draws 9-seed Weird Maryland in their first Big Ten tournament game after the Terrapins held Michigan State to seven points over a 17-minute period spanning halftime. The road team won each time in this season’s series with Nebraska notching a narrow 62-61 win Sunday, Feb. 14 at Penn State before falling in Lincoln to the Nittany Lions 86-83 on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
