Nine defendants arrested and multiple search warrants executed in crackdown of Rochester drug trafficking organization

October 26, 2021 — U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross announced today that nine defendants were arrested and charged by separate criminal complaints with drug related charges. The charges include conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and distributing, five kilograms or more of cocaine, which carries a minimum penalty of 10 years in prison, a maximum of life, and a $10,000,000 fine.
