Reporter frankie says the man turned a key to open the register, likely watching employees. The man was there earlier in the day. This is video of him during the noon lunch hour when it was busier. Another crew working when he returned. Frankie created flyers and posted videos on social media. One of his employees had a friend who worked at an ice cream shop a mile and a half away. Speed is being investigated as a factor but officers say the driver was likely drunk.
