Investigators say that he even sent a letter to slain deputies widow, mocking his death. Instead the letter amounted nothing more than him expressing his constitutional right to question and critique a public official. Its unclear how any of the conduct falls outside of the scope of First Amendment protection. District Attorneys Office said there was a major difference in expressing disagreement with the Public Officials decisions and making threats. They will prosecute anyone who crosses that line. He is convicted and will face three years of prison. He sends them anonymously and scares the heck of the people. It cost the county a lot of money. They were able to track him down through a finger print left on one of the letters sent to dr. Cody. Deputies release pictures, hes not charged with using any of those weapons in a crime.
