Witnesses say a fight between the two lead to the stabbing. james San Francisco Health Officials say the deaths of three men found yesterday morning, were most likely drug related. The men were found in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood. Health Officials Say it appears that they may have ingested fentanyl. Although toxicology testing has not been completed. Officials say the synthetic opioid is part of the rising Drug Overdose death rate in San Francisco. They told us users should keep naloxone on them.
