and the chp says the search has led to a shootout and chase in stockton. the chp released this security camera image of 47-year-old john bivins, a suspect still on the loose, officers shot here in stockton, the shooting happened during a pursuit. there is a large police presence in this search. minutes before an officer fired at bivins, the truck he was in was led on a chase to a walmart. the driver was captured. we are waiting for the chp to confirm that man is laclue, but once the man ran, bivins took over in the driver s seat, police say bivin is in a green 1999 ford explorer, when laclue and bivins escaped, they were in court to answer to the robberies of two verizon stores here in the bay area. the santa clara sheriff s office said the pair from palo alto used a key to remove cuffs and ran to a waiting getaway car. investigators arrested two people for helping those men escape. and now more than two weeks later police are zeroing in on the men who escaped on this c ....
