No. 1 North Carolina (15-0; 9-0) vs. No. 8 Louisville (5-10; 1-9)
It’s been 732 days since an ACC women’s lacrosse champion has been crowned, an honor last bestowed upon North Carolina. The Heels remain the conference’s front-runner, cruising through its regular season at a perfect 15-0. The heavily-favored Heels are set to take on No. 8-seeded Louisville: a dark horse team that’s been knocking on the door. The Cardinals have put up quite a few fights in the ACC this spring, including a one-goal loss to No. 3 seed BC and two-goal loss to No. 5-seeded Duke.
