ROYAL OAK — A 44-year-old Grosse Pointe Woods man was arraigned recently after he allegedly followed a young woman from a Target store in Warren to a Kroger in Royal Oak, waited for her to finish grocery shopping and then performed a lewd act on himself Dec. 9.
On Dec. 11, Magistrate Nancy Orletski, of the 44th District Court, arraigned Steven Michael Timmermans on one count of obscene conduct, a misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and/or a $100 fine.
