>> sean: welcome to hannity and tonight democrats and the media mob are turning on joe biden and he's not taking it well. we've got the details straight ahead plus newly released footage on the cocaine, remember the cocaine found at the biden white house, how is it possible they not only ever found the person responsible, but they stopped the investigation after a whopping 10 days. what if it was fentanyl? what if it was anthrax, something that could kill a president? and we'll bring you the very latest from biden's impeachment inquiry and new york's bogus partisan witch-hunt against donald trump. but first in a moment israeli netanyahu will join us, his country is in a fight for its very existence and survival against an enemy that's vowed to destroy them. now in its founding charter hamas openly promises to "obliterate" israel and wage jihad against the jews, and on october 7 they backed up their genocidal rhetoric murdering over 1200 israelis in their worst terror attack in history. population size, this is roughly the equivalent to losing 38,000 americans. having them murdered in a single day. 38,000. to make matters worse, these innocent civilians, they weren't just killed. no. we have all the evidence they were tortured, burned alive, babies beheaded young women raped, and it was so barbaric i'm not allowed to show it on this program. few rallied around israel. instead many questioned israel's right to even defend itself. well, by the way, in an october vote at the u.n. the vast majority of countries actually commanded that israel unilaterally declare a cease-fire and allow hamas to rearm and regroup and while biden publicly was supporting israel privately he was urged netanyahu to pause israel's assault on hamas, which, by the way, he's even saying publicly. can you imagine if this is how our allies responded after 9/11, before israel even had a chance to bury its dead the widespread anti-israeli protests erupting in city after city all around the globe. virtually no one condemned hamas and even after it openly vowed to repeat october 7 again and again and again, until all of israeli jews are dead, well, where is the condemnation? as we speak many are publicly praising hamas. they are calling for israel to be wiped off the planet from the river to the sea. that includes democratic congresswoman telaid. violent attacks against jewish people at home and abroad they are spiking, and in israel rockets continue to rain down from all directions if not from the iron dome thousands more would be dead. this past month has been an important reminder why the world needs a jewish state that's strong enough to defend itself when surrounded by its enemies in a struggle for its survival. you have an obligation to fight back, as winston churchill famously said, all he had to offer was blood, toil, tears and sweat. what is his aim? victory, against this monstrous tyranny at all costs. you might remember. >> as i said to those who have joined the government. >> i have nothing to offer but blood, toil and sweat. we have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering. i will say it is to wage war by sea, land, and air with all our might and with all the strength that god can give us, to wage war against a monstrous tyranny. that's our policy. you asked, what is our aim? i can only say one word. victory. victory at all costs. victory in spite of all terror. victory no matter howell and hard the road may be. >> sean: israel has pushed into the center of gaza. pictured here are hamas's soldiers in israel's parliament. miles of hamas tunnels are yet to be captured including a demand center under gaza's main hospital. you heard that right. hamas built their israeli command center under a hospital. days ahead will be difficult but israel must prevail. part one of my interview with netanyahu just hours ago. >> sean: joining us now is prime minister netanyahu. mr. prime minister, it's great to have you back. i've known you, we've been friends with you for decades, my deepest sympathy for all that you and your fellow countrymen are going through. i remember you were strong and steadfast after 9/11 with america and i'm grateful for that and i think it's now time for america to do the same for you. my deepest sympathies for what you're dealing with. >> thank you, sean. the american people across the board, the american government, congress, the senate, and the president, everybody has been very, very strong for israel because they understand that our fight is your fight. and our victory is your victory, and there is no substitute for victory. we have to have the forces of civilization beat these barbarians because otherwise this barbarism will spread and endanger the entire world. every american, every civilized country would be under peril. we have to win. there is no substitute for victory. total victory. >> sean: i hear you say that. it reminds me of winston churchill of world war ii. what is our aim? our aim, i can say in one word. victory. then he spoke at length. victory against the monstrous tyranny, and this group, hamas, is only one of your enemies, and they have in their very charter the destruction of your country. you actually used the phrase, if i can read it to you, if you want peace you have to destroy hamas. i agree with you. but that's hamas in the south. rockets are being fired into your country from the north out of lebanon. you have the houti rebeles that have declared war against you out of yemen. you have syria firing missiles at you and the head of the snake, iran, orchestrating all of these proxy is conflicts. i ask you this question, if we're going to define what victory looks like doesn't that have to be gaza can no longer be launching pad for rockets being fired into your country? lebanon can no longer be a launching area for rockets being fired into your country? doesn't that mean the network of terror tunnels, and i've been in some of them, as you know, that all of those terror tunnels have to be destroyed. doesn't it also mean on some level, that iran has to be dealt with for total victory? >> if you connect the dots you see there is an axis of terror controlled by iran, run by iran. the youthties in yemen and there are other mignons, they want to bring the middle east, the world, back to the dark ages. early middle ages. that's what they are about. and on the other side stands modern israel and the united states and all the forces that want to see appreciation prosperity for the middle east and world and that's the battle that's being waged right now. it being waged rye now, most importantly and most decisively in hamas, one of the extensions of this axis of terror and everybody is waiting to see who will win? israel or hamas? but it's not just israel's victory but it's our victory over taxies. when we defeat them in one place we'll defeat them in every place because that's how power works. they want to see who is winning. we have to win not only for our sake but for the sake of the middle east, for the sake of our arab neighbors, for the sake of gazans who have been held by this dark tyranny, and brought them nothing but bloodshed, poverty and misery. we have to win to protect israel. we have to win to safeguard the middle east. we have to win for the sake of the civilized world. that's the battle we're fighting and it being waged right now. there is no substitute for that victory. it will affect the other theaters that you mentioned as well. >> sean: over 28 communities in the north near the border with lebanon have had to be evacuated. there has always been a concern about a two-front war. my concern is even larger than that. and that is, you know, if rockets are being fired out of syria or the houti rebels are firing rockets into israel that becomes an even bigger conflict but i agree with you on your general point. you always said that radical islamists view israel as the little satan and america as the big satan. >> they have used it. they say america is the great satan and we're the small satan standing in the way to get at you. all of these radicals, these terrorists, these monstrous regimes and organizations, they say, there is no difference between israel and the united states. you are them and they are you. because we represent the same values of freedom, respect for human life, respect for individual liberty. they have nothing of that they don't care for their people. they don't care for liberty. they don't care for life. they glorify death and murder. remember what happened here. what happened here was that israel was attacked. unprovoked by a sea of terrorists who stormed into our communities, murdered and raped women, burned children. i met a soldier today, an airen ran soldier in the israeli army who said the first thing i saw was the corpse of a woman beheaded. they fire on youngsters celebrating a music festival. they put them in a death bed like in the holocaust and fired machine guns into them mowing them down. they took hostages, they took a 10 month old baby hostage. what kind of monster holds babies hostages in a holocaust survivors, they took hostages. men, women, children, elderly. these are monstrous, monstrous terrorists. and they perpetrated the worst horrors against the jewish people since the holocaust. and if we let them get away with it, this will spread. you know what the difference is? the nazis and stalin wanted to hide their crimes. these people glorify their crimes. they bring go pro cameras, they celebrate it. who is going to win? are the good guys going to win or the bad guys going to win? of course, we have to make sure that the forces of good, peace, prosperity win. it's a battle that will affect every single person not only in the middle east but well beyond. if the middlee east is in peril and goes down, it's like isis, people thought it was a local thing but it wasn't. it was a global thing. they beheaded americans. if we don't win now then europe is next and you're next. and we have to win. we have to win. there is no substitute for total victory. >> sean: you mentioned the atrocities being chronicled, and they had co-pro cameras. the idf has shown people in the media, and it's been described in great detail to me and i have an appointment to see this as well, all of these human atrocities that you speak of are on videotape. you have some 40 plus minutes of tape available. i understand, and i've watched videos of beheadings. these are not images that one will ever be able to erase from their mind and you wouldn't think that such evil exists in this world but it does. and these tapes are available for the world to see. it would be wise perhaps for the idf to pixel faces so families are not having to deal with the trauma of seeing this? but let the world see the magnitude of evil that you're destroying. yes, they raped women and slaughtered babies, women and children. yes, they beheaded babies. yes, they burned babies. all of which, much of which has been chronicled. would bit worthwhile for the world to fully, to have the moral clarity to understand the barbarism, the monstrous evil that we're talking about here because it's on videotape? >> yes, you're quite right. there is sensitivity of the families. we respect that and we try to persuade them to do exactly what you said and i think we're getting somewhere. we show it to selective leaders in america and elsewhere, and people watch these tapes, and they shudder. some break out into tears because the inhumanity, the deliberate, not merely the deliberate murder of people, the deliberate murder and mutilation, the ripping off of body parts, beheading, it's accompanied with such glee, joy of murder, the joy of terror, the joy of torture. it's absolutely extraordinary and this is the battle we're fighting. now, it's a very difficult enemy to fight because it's committing a double war crime. not only deliberately targeting our civilians but deliberately hiding behind their civilians because they plant themselves in schools, hospitals, in u.n. facilities, in civilian neighborhoods. that's where they put their rockets and command posts and they seek immunity there. of course, we can't give them that immunity. we try to do everything in our power to minimize civilian casualties but one thing we don't want to do everybody, says, the use of human shields, the use of civilians as a shield for terrorists, that's wrong, okay? but we have to make sure that it's not merely condemned, we have to make sure that it's ineffective. if the blame is directed against israel, against the victim that's returning fire with the most judicious use of military power in this circumstance, if blame is placed on israel then that tactic becomes effective and it will be used again and again and again and we can't allow that hamas is saying they will do it again and again and again and that's why we have to root them out completely. but also send a message to the axis of terror, you're not going to win. we're not going to let you do this. we defeated you here. we'll defeat you elsewhere, and we should have the entire civilized world line up behind israel while it fights the battle of civilization. it's our common civilization against their common barbarism. civilization must win so israel must destroy hamas to have peace. if you want peace destroy hamas. if you want security, destroy hamas. this is what israel must do. this is what israel is doing. but it's not only doing it for ourselves, for our sake, it's doing it for your sake, too, for our common future. for the future, a better future fort, for israel, for the palestinians, for the middle east, for the world. >> sean: you know, on one of my trips to israel and i've been there a number of times and i've interviewed you while in israel, but on one of the trips, there was a flare-up. that was when i went into one of the terror tunnels. i went, it's almost a hundred feet underground. it's sophisticated, you know, almost architecture, and it was all supposed to be humanitarian aid for hospitals and schools and infrastructure. but i also stopped by a border city that you know well, and while there, you know, prior to my arrival, they had been hit with 10,000 rockets in 10 years. their children cannot play outside. they play in bunker underground playgrounds, in that city. and that's the same with many border cities. and i guess when we get to the real heart of this, doesn't all of this have to be rooted out, for example, while the iron dome has been enormously successful and helpful, and intercepted thousands of missiles, it can no longer be a launching pad. i go back to that part, but also, you talk about hamas must be destroyed. what about hezbollah? do you believe a victory over hamas sends a strong enough message that they stop firing missiles from lebanon into israel? >> i think it's a necessary message. it may not be sufficient but it's definitely necessary because without victory in the south, you're certainly not going to have deterrence in the north against hezbollah and we'll have to deal with that but i think first step is the first step and the first step, hamas did this, hamas is going the pay for this and it will pay for this by its total eradication. by the way, you talk about underground tunnels. they have a network there of hundreds of miles of underground tunnels that are used as terror tunnels, command posts, command bunkers. you know what? their leader is like a little hitler. he's sitting in the bunker and he's saying i don't care about what happens to the civilian population on top. one of the hamas spokesmen said the other day, underground is for us. for this messianic violent theological cult that has to be destroyed. above ground, that's not our responsibility. civilian population, that's israel's responsibility. and the u.n. they don't care a hoot about the city civilian population. the only one that tries to keep them out of harm's way is israel. we create safe passages, corridors, we create a safe zone for them. and as we ask them to leave, guess who is trying to prevent them from leaving the zone of fighting? hamas. it's not israel that's firing in the safe corridor. given to palestinians. it's hamas. it's not israel who is trying to keep these people at gunpoint in the zone of firing. it's hamas. so we're dealing here with a brutal enemy that's committing a double war crime of targeting our civilians and hiding behind their civilians, forcefully keeping them in the zone of fighting. i think all of those people who are naive, you know, who are either naive or misinformed, or worst, who are condemning israel, they really should be ashamed of themselves because they are aligning themselves with pure, sheer, evil. they should support the forces of civilization that are fighting this barbarism because otherwise this barbarism will spread. >> sean: coming up, more of my interview with israel prime minister benjamin netanyahu, plus the first images of that cocaine found at the biden white house. we have the latest on that. david axelrod has clearly gotten under joe biden's skin. we've got that and much more as we continue. thank you for being with us. (car engine revs) (engine accelerating) (texting clicks) (tires squeal) (glass shattering) (loose gravel clanking) . >> sean: welcome back to "hannity." here's part two of my interview with israeli prime minister benjamin netanyahu. >> sean: israel did not start this war. you did not want this war but you must win the war. i will argue that let me ask you about what's been going on worldwide, and that is, virulent anti-semitism that i thought, mr. prime minister, i would see in my lifetime. hearing over and over again, in new york, and in london, you know, from the river to the sea, which means to wipe israel off the map or the call for anti-fadda. the things i'm hearing in the halls of congress in my country, on college campuses in my country of what we're hearing in europe. i never thought australia would hear chanting "gas the jews," "f the jews" it's inexplicable to me. can you explain it and can you explain why the pressure is coming from even my own government here in the u.s., joe biden, to take a pause as you're in a battle for your survival. never again is now. never again is right now. >> well, i think the american government and president biden have been very supportive of israel. there was a question of humanitarian -- i think they were very clear we can't have a cease-fire. to have a cease-fire means it's a surrender to hamas, it's a surrender to terrorism, it's a victory for the axis of terror. that doesn't mean we can't give, you know, at a specific time and in a specific place for a safe corridor for palestinians and civilians to leave the zone of fighting. yes, we do give them the ability to do that but i don't think anyone argues for a general cease-fire. that's not going to happen. by the way, the only time we'll have a cease-fire is for the return of our hostages. without that it's not going to happen, and then we'll continue until the battle is won. but i have to tell you that you talk about anti-semitism, i think it's the oldest hatred. it's an old disease, and it morphs, it takes on new form every time and what the anti-semites don't realize is the attacks start with the jews. on the jews. but they never end there. that's what happened in the holocaust. people said, oh, well, you know, the attacks of the nazis on the jews before world war ii or even the beginning, that's okay. no, it wasn't. because it afflicted all of humanity. all of civilization. and that's what you have here, too. the reason they are attacking israel is this axis of terror understands we're the forward position of the west and of civilization, and we're just a stumbling block on the way to you, so these people who are demonstrating in the united states and in the west, i don't think they kept the majority of the american people. i know they don't. but there is a minority there that's completely misguided, and even worse than that, and i think that they don't give israel the right that they would afford to any of their countries. imagine the united states with 20 9 e/11s. imagine 50,000 americans killed in one day. imagine 10,000 americans taken hostage in one day. imagine this brutality, this savagery in one day and think about what would america do? it would do exactly what we're doing. it would go against the terrorists. it would fight them in the streets. it would fight them everywhere they meet. and that's what you did against al qaeda, after 9/11, that's what you did against isis, you didn't relent. you didn't say, well, because they are hiding in civilian areas in mosul or fallujah, they did exactly what we're doing and we're doing it in the best way we can but we have to win this fight and those who don't understand it, it's an indictment, it's an indictment of these people, that they are basically aligning themselves with evil against good. evil cannot win and we won't be impressed by these demonstrations. we'll do what's right for our sake, for the sake of humanity and civilization. >> sean: if you extrapolate out israel's population of a little over nine million and the u.s.'s population, you're right. you're talking about, in a single day, over 40,000 americans lost in a single day. if we extrapolate out the population on 9/11 we lost 2,977 americans. i know you can't comment on it, i want to just clarify, you are open to some potential deal for the release of the hostages. i know there has been talk that maybe former prime minister tony blair could be part of that negotiations, and, you know, there is a lot of pressure being brought to israel. it's not israel. israel has gone to great lengths by dropping leaflets and sending text messages telling innocent people to get out and here's where the safe zone is. so you're almost giving away your own intelligence and your own strategies in doing so. but you have done that but yet it's hamas that's been using for a long time now, innocent civilians as human shields, and they do it now, and they build their terror tunnels. my understanding is you've found them under hospitals, you know. >> under hospitals, terror tunnels under hospitals, you know, i said, okay, let's build alternative hospitals. let's build field hospitals. i've asked france to send in a floating hospital ship. they are doing that. i've asked arab countries and others to build field hospitals so we can get all of these people out. we have a humanitarian safe zone in the so unpart of the gaza strip. we're putting in trucks, humanitarian drugs, medicine, rather, food, water, that's what's required under humanitarian international law. we're doing all of that, and guess who is interfering with that? guess who is firing on the palestinians who want to leave the safe zone? hamas. the fact that people are condemning israel is absurd. i'll give you the best example i can give you, is the nazis attack the west, they conquer europe, poland, invade france and so on and america and its allies organized themselves to counterattack. they invaded normandy. they go through the cities of france. they go through the cities of germany until they reach berlin and reach the victory and in the process the german army is fighting them within cities. they are fighting them within civilian communities. so what do the allies do? did they say we can't do anything? of course not. they tried to minimize it, but many were killed, they did the job and that's what we're trying to do. we're trying to minimize casualties but under no circumstances should we be blamed anymore than the allies should be blamed and those who demonstrate against israel are basically lining up with the forces of darkness. chancellor schultz of germany was here and he said these people are not only worse than isis, which is what president biden called them, he said, they are the new nazis. so these people are basically lining up with the nazis against the allies, and that's the battle we have here. the axis of terror. the axis of darkness against the allies. the allies for peace. the allies for prosperity. the allies for normal life. and the majority of americans understand. this they understand, who are -- the forces of good and bad? most of the people, the congress, president, and administration, and i'm telling you, because they understand, this is a battle, this is our common battle, our battle is your battle. our fight is your fight. our victory is your victory. and nothing can stand in the way of total victory any more than you could have partial victory against the nazis. you had to win. partial victory against al qaeda you had to win. partial victory against isis you have to win. hamas isis has to be defeated. these modern day monsters have to be defeated and we will defeat them. >> sean: my last question, i want, i know your time is very limited here but you are open to a potential deal for the release of hostages. one, and number two, and even though joe bind has said very publicly he's calling on you for a pause, is that not happening? even though he said -- he did say that himself last week? >> no, we came to a clear understanding. i think there is a clear difference between a general cease-fire, which would only do for the release of the hostages, and again, it would be a temporary one and after that we would continue the battle until it's final culmination of victory, and i distinguish that from local pauses or local humanitarian corridors that we make to enable people to leave the zone of battle so we're doing that we're actually, i think, have an understanding on that but more importantly, the larger understanding is this. this is not a minor battle between two tribes. this is not a minor battle between, you know, this point of view or that point of view. this is not what we're talking about. this is a battle for the future of civilization. because this kind of barbarism that many believe was a relic of the past, has come full force in the 21st century and we see that these darkest forces that take us back to the middle ages and maybe earlier periods are just as rampant and history doesn't give us an automatic guarantee. it doesn't say that the good will win over the bad if the good doesn't muster its resolve and encourage, and is committed to winning. and that's what we're committed to and i expect that all americans who hear us now, who understand this, to back israel, many of them do, a great majority of them do i appreciate it, and i think that once we achieve that we'll create a better future for everyone, for us, for the palestinians, for the middle east, a future of hope, a future of a normal life, not a future that's dominated by these monsters, who break every norm of humanity and take us back to the darkest periods of history. we can't allow that. we have to move forward, not move back to the dark ages. that's what we're committed to and we'll achieve it. with god's help and with the help of the american people, and the help of freedom-loving people and civilized people everywhere. >> sean: by the way, that was reflected in the rasmussen poll today in support of you. almost two to one. mr. prime minister, godspeed, and, yes, may god bless you in your victory because you're right. this is a battle for civilization. prime minister benjamin netanyahu. thank you, sir, for your time. >> thank you, sean, and god bless america. god bless israel. >> sean: amen. reagan famously said freedom is but one generation away from extinction. their moment. coming up, daily mail has now exclusively obtained photos of that cocaine found at the biden white house. we have the pictures. now biden is also ticked off at david axelrod. we'll tell you about that fight straight ahead. fries... soup and salad. thank you! like your workplace benefits and retirement savings. with voya, considering all your financial choices together... can help you make smarter decisions. for a more confident financial future. hey, a tandem bicycle. you can't do that by yourself. voya. well planned. well invested. well protected. this is franklin graham. i had a veteran one time tell me, "is there such a thing as a bucket of hope? "my bucket is getting pretty empty." and maybe you feel the same way when you look at the wars in the world, the demonstrations, the political chaos. you just ask yourself, "what hope do we have?" well, we've got a lot of hope, if we put our faith and trust in god. you see, god loves you. he made you, he created you, he sent his son jesus christ from heaven to this earth to take our sins. he died and shed his blood on a cross for our sins, and god raised him to life. if you are willing to trust him right now, god will forgive you. just pray this prayer with me. if you haven't done this, do it right now. just say, "god, i'm a sinner." i'm sorry. forgive me. i want to turn from my sins. i believe jesus christ is your son. i want to trust him as my savior. amen. you prayed that prayer, call the number right now that's on the screen. god bless you! >> sean: it's been several months since the secret service abandoned its investigation into the mysterious appearance of cocaine in the biden white house. with no suspect, no explanation at all of the incident, but look at your screen. these photos were exclusively obtained by dailymail.com. they show the coke in a baggy in the west wing locker for the first time. the photos appear to have been taken of the investigation, an investigation that last a mere 10 days. ask yourself this question, what if that was fentanyl? what if that was anthrax? that would mean the president of our country's life could have been in jeopardy. yet they give up their investigation after 10 days and nobody seems to care? that would be a clear and present danger to the president of the united states. it's not about democrat or republican. we've got to protect our presidents, every presidential family member. we were reminded of that just last night when secret service officers protecting joe biden's granddaughter, naomi, had to fend off carjackers trying to steal a government vehicle. what if they hadn't been there? what if the thieves had try to steal her car? while the cocaine saga remains a mystery it's no secret that joe biden's re-election effort is in very serious trouble. tonight this weekend joe got totally and completely loss on veterans day at arlington national cemetery. he had to be guided back into place by a military aye. i'm sure his staff probably told him what to do 20 times before he did it and couldn't remember. apparently the pressure is getting to the big i himself. joe reportedly has a new nickname for david axelrod who called on joe to consider dropping out of the race. he wasn't happy with axelrod's suggestion and here's how he reacted to the word that joe said, i can't say on tv, that he used against axelrod. >> i understand he was irritated because i raised concerns that many, many democrats had, and again, you know, my feeling is either get out or get going. and, but the status quo, way they were approaching the campaign, this what me worry attitude about the campaign was not going to get him to where he needed to go. >> sean: it's good to see you both. tommy, we'll start with you. okay, 10-day investigation into white powder, white powder turns out to be cocaine. couldn't that white powder have easily been fentanyl, that police officers on the beat, if they even come into contact with it, have needed narcan around the president? what if it was anthrax? 10 days, these all they are going to investigate and they are okay with that? >> i think this goes back to when this initially happened, and we had kind of the same concern, perhaps they knew where it came from and they knew that it was cocaine and that's why they didn't seem so concerned, as concern as they should have been. but sean, the bigger thing here beyond just protecting the president of the united states and those in the white house, if that's able to get into did white house and that investigation is closed after 10 days with no conclusion after who brought it in or what they brought it in for, imagine our wide open southern border. imagine the democratic party that wants to bring in palestinian refugee that is they claim to us they can vet, you can't even figure out who brought cocaine into one of the most sklar places in the entire world but you expect the american people to rest easy at night that you're vetting immigrants and refugees coming across the border? that's terrifying, how seriously, or in this case, the lack of seriousness, our national security, especially when it involves our president. >> sean: i look at this and i'm thinking, they found out it was cocaine. what if the cocaine was laced with fentanyl. just a small speck can kill you. do people not understand that? i don't know what to say about joe having a hard time. i'm sure staff 30 times what to do about laying the wreath and he still forgot what to do. that's a risk to our president. it doesn't matter if it's a democrat or a republican. that's a risk to the president of the united states. and yet they only do a 10-day investigation. that to me is completely unacceptable. >> sadly, sean, i'll predict to you, that the investigation into who leaked those photos will take longer than the investigation into how the cocaine got there in the first place. the other group that's culpable here is the chief-of-staff and president biden himself. why were they so happy to sweep this under the rug. if that was the white house i worked in there would be a furor. i can guarantee, president bush and the chief-of-staff woof gotten to the bottom, how did that get in here? whose was it? because we would never want it to get in there again. as for the ceremony at arlington cemetery, that's not joe biden's first rodeo there. he's laid that wreath there many times before, but i guess he doesn't remember what he did the last times he did the same thing. look, unless joe biden gets younger between now and election day, joe biden has got a lot of problems coming up. >> sean: what did you think of the wreath issue, tell me? >> it's embarrassing. it's sad but it's also embarrassing for us as a nation. but what ari said there, i don't think we're going to have a president binge button. so i don't think he's going to be getting younger. axelrod and others talking about getting rid of him that's a clear signal that they are getting ready to dump joe. now all we need for the kiss of death is obama himself coming out against joe's re-election. that would be something. >> sean: we'll see. time will tell you, thank you, when we return, congressman james comber, congressman jim jordan, just issued a fresh round of subpoenas. we'll tell who you they want to speak to and we'll look at the case of the ag in new york who is accused of smirking at donald jr. in court today. we've got the tape as we continue. israel is under attack. the war against israel began with the murder of hundreds of precious children. countless israelis are enduring the devastating anguish of lost loved ones. the jewish people have become refugees in their own homeland. i simply can't stress enough the urgency of this situation. it's more dire than ever before. your gift of $45 will make sure that the people of israel have mobile bomb shelters, emergency supplies, and the hot nutritious meals that they so desperately need. this would be an incredibly important time for all of the friends of the international fellowship of christians and jews to stand with our friends in israel because we believe it's what god would have us do. please don't hesitate. call, scan, or visit our website now to make your life-saving donation. with gold bond... you can age on your own terms. retinol overnight means... the smoothing benefits of retinol. are now for your whole body. plus, fast-working crepe corrector diminishes wrinkled skin in just two days. gold bond. champion your skin. >> sean: joe biden in hot water tonight over his possible mishandling of classified information. james comer and jim jordan have now issued a new subpoena to biden's former white house counsel. they say she was heavily involved with packing and moving boxes found with classified material at the center in d.c. comer and jordan have also requested interviews with other biden staffers connected to this classified information, and while the house continues its constitutional oversight of joe biden, today in new york the one-sided witch-hunt against president, former president donald trump rolls on with the attorney general james smirking at the cameras before donald trump jr. took the stand for the defense. in a case that never should have been brought, a case where there are literally no victims, nobody even complaining, every insurance company got their premiums paid, every bank, had their own fiduciary responsibility, and they did do their own research, they independently approved every loan, and every loan was repaid in full. a case where the judge himself is guilty, not only of a complete left wing radical bias, but also, he's guilty of doing the very thing they are accusing donned trump of, and that's absurdly offering a low, phony evaluation of mar-a-lago at a loan of $18 million. you can't even make this up. here with reaction, a brand-new book you'll want this book, the u.s. constitution and other patriotic documents. fox news legal analyst greg jaret and law professor dershowitz with us. congrats on the new book in bookstores around the country. let's get your take. by the way, maybe constitutionally, how is it that you have ag's and prosecutors go after one family, one organization, one man? >> it's a dual system of justice, and you juxtapose it with both those stories. biden gets the benefit of the protection by the doj and the fbi. donald trump has prosecutors, democrats, who are going after him with a vengeance by misusing egregiously a consumer protection law, and wiping out constitutional protections for commercial speech as well as undermining a century of established common-law on civil fraud, and so, this is unequal justice writ large. >> sean: professor, you wrote a book, a best seller as well, get jump. now that we know joe lied repeatedly, we have the evidence, now that we found the shell corporations, we have thee evidence, now that we found the money, tens of millions of dollars that went to 10 biden family members, and you know the circumstances around cfc, the oil giant in ukraine, and the oil giant in china, you tell me, professor, is this looking like bribery to you? >> it looks like a need for a special counsel. there is too much smoke. when you have special counsel, two of them, basically, investigating your opponent, the president needs a special counsel looking into all of this, and, you know, when you get the attorney general of new york, can you imagine if you had a white attorney general of new york going after a black defendant saying, well, he's too male, too pale, and too stale. what are they saying? he's too dark, too female, there would be hell to pay. she's made racist, sexist, comments about the trump administration, and others. there is so much bias here, there is so much one-sidedness, as a person who cares deeply about the law and the constitution, this is such a disservice to the objectivity and neutrality of our legal system. we need to have one law, one law for democrats and republicans. for conservatives and liberals. you cannot have differential legal systems depending on race, politics, age, you know, all of those things. that's just not the america that the framers of our constitution intended. >> sean: by the way, you named, get trump, your best seller, after a phrase that latisha james used. greg, congratulations on your new book. we'll put it up again, amazon continue.com. hannity..com. that's all the time we have. please set your dvr so you never miss an episode. for news all the time, hannity.com, foxnews.com, and in the meantime i have good news. let not your heart be troubled. gutfeld! will put a smile on your
