Primaries often are the deciding election in local races. That is particularly true in Rochester, where enrolled Democrats outnumber all other voters almost 2:1.
New York's primary elections are June 22. Only those enrolled in a party can vote in that party's primary. Here is what you need to know to cast your ballot:

New registrant deadline: May 28
Change of address deadline: June 2
