Noosa Magistrates Court heard the 29-year-old later obstructed police as they were trying to investigate.
Sergeant Johnstone said Posser continually interrupted and spoke over the top of police and started recording them on his phone before he was arrested.
Posser pleaded guilty in Noosa Magistrates Court on Tuesday to one count of public nuisance and obstructing police.
Duty lawyer Natashia Blank said the father of two believed he was doing the right thing at the time.
"His friends were having an argument … the female said she was going to leave and proceeded to go to her car to do so," she said.
