Brian Laundrie's parents to skip hearing on fate of Gabby Petito family's civil lawsuit

The family of Gabby Petito will be in court on Wednesday to argue why their civil lawsuit against Brian Laundrie's parents should go to a jury trial. However, the Laundrie's attorney says his clients will skip the hearing.
