PHILADELPHIA, March 2, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Berger Montague PC has filed a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action lawsuit on behalf of Plaintiff Brian Lemm and a proposed class of merchandisers who work or have worked for Premium Retail Services, Inc. The lawsuit,
Lemm v. Premium Retail Services, Inc., No. 1:21-cv-00171 (W.D. Mich.), was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan. The lawsuit alleges that Premium Retail knowingly failed to properly pay its merchandising employees for all the time they have worked, violating federal law governing the payment of wages and overtime compensation.
