Patrick Reynolds, director of public programs at the Oneida County History Center, will hold the presentation on the plan for Steuben's estate as drawn by a French architect in 1794. The drawing, owned by the History Center, is a rare example of landscape planning in early American history, officials said. The seminar will discuss how the drawing originated and the hard work that went into the plans, including connections to Rome, Whitesboro, Fort Schuyler, Remsen and Boonville.
