Anti-Corruption Group, ENetSuD, Coordinator Sue Kwara Governor's Aide, Information Commissioner For Defamation, Seek Multi-Million-Naira In Damages

  A civil society organisation, Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD) and its coordinator, Dr. Alagbonsi Abdullateef have sued Kwara State Commissioner for Information and Communications, Bode Towoju and the Special Assistant on New Media to Kwara Governor, Olayinka Fafoluyi (Solace).   The plaintiffs are seeking multi-million-naira compensation for alleged defamatory comments about the organisation.
