AFP Photo Patna: Following reports of rise in COVID-19 cases, the Bihar government s crisis management group on Tuesday decided to tighten control measures in both urban and rural areas. Meeting of the group held under the chairmanship of chief secretary, Arun Kumar Singh decided to put a ban on all Holi Milan programmes and prevent gatherings during the festival. District Magistrates and SPs have been directed to ensure enforcement of the anti-Holi Milan restrictions. Civil Surgeons have been asked by the health department not to permit Holi festivities gatherings, health minister, Mangal Pandey said.
