In Pikesville Kentucky, police responded to a call from a friendly neighbor who said they found the neighbor kids stuck outside, shivering in the rain on Monday. The 6 yyear old boy and his 8 year old brother were found with one of them not wearing a shirt or shoes. When troopers went to check on the mother, they could see her though a window unresponsive. After several attempts to wake the woman, police broke in and were about to giver her some Narcan when she finally came to. When 39 year old Holly Abshire woke up, she instantly started yelling obscenities at the officers.
