Hesaraghatta Road, who donated his
pocket money, Rs 4,190 saved up for four years, to the
Chief Minister’s
Relief Fund. Mayank did not hesitate to donate his savings even if it meant that he would have to forego his dream to buy a drone with his pocket money.
“I came to know about the problems of covid patients through the newspapers and the television. Their plight made me donate my savings to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund through the Bengaluru Urban Deputy Commissioner. I want more people to donate to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund,’’ said Mayak. He also advised people to wear masks, maintain covid appropriate practices like washing hands regularly. ....
