Mr Price is buying Yuppiechef in a deal worth almost half a billion rand - in cash.
A US hedge fund owns a minority stake in the online retailer, but the main beneficiaries are thought to be the company s three directors.  
The two founders started Yuppiechef on the side in 2006, and it took years before they earned money from it.

Hilton Foundation Donates $10 Million To UH Hotel Management College – Houston Public Media

The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation donated $10 million to its namesake hotel management college at the University of Houston for scholarships, endowments, and student programs, the school announced Wednesday.
The legacy gift to the UH Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management will create an unrestricted endowment.
Dennis Reynolds, dean of the Hilton College, said the donation would help the college afford resources as students prepare to leave the school and enter the hospitality world post-pandemic.
As we navigate an industry that has been devastated by the coronavirus, the timing of this insightful and generous gift could not be more critical, its commitment to our mission more relevant, Reynolds said. ....

Durban - Firday saw IEB matriculants celebrating at schools as they gathered to share their results, with many of the top pupils saying they saw a bright future for South Africa and wanted to give back to the country.
Thabiso Dlamini, 2020 deputy head boy of Hilton College who achieved seven distinctions, said from his home in Hammarsdale on Friday: I was fortunate that so many gave so much to me.
Not many kids get the opportunity to go to Hilton and I just wanted to take that opportunity with both hands and be an example to other children to show them they can succeed, no matter where they came from, he said, adding that his background had given him an inner desire to succeed. ....

The most expensive IEB school, Hilton College, obtained a 100% pass rate and of the 106 pupils who wrote the IEB exam, 96% of them received a Bachelor’s pass.
It is said you cannot put a price on a good education, but the country’s five most expensive schools certainly try, with their 2021 fees all above R290,000.
