SILENTO, is 23 now, and he s just been arrested for allegedly MURDERING his cousin.
The cops found the cousin, 34-year-old Frederick Rooks, shot to death in a Georgia street on January 21st, along with eight bullet casings on the scene.
There s no motive for the shooting, but supposedly the police have surveillance footage linking Silento to the scene.
Silento had other run-ins with the authorities last year. In October, he was caught driving 143 miles per hour . . . and in September, he was arrested and charged with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon. ....

Crestview man charged with heroin trafficking

FORT WALTON BEACH A Crestview man was arrested Saturday after deputies reportedly discovered an array of drugs and paraphernalia in his vehicle during a traffic stop.
Deputies charged 29-year-old Steven Coplen with trafficking in heroin, possession of oxycodone, possession of drug paraphernalia and a traffic violation, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff s Office news release.
Coplen was stopped on Hurlburt Road near Fort Walton Beach when a deputy noticed he had an expired registration. Coplen also was found to have an expired driver s license for non-payment of car insurance.
An OCSO K-9 alerted on Coplen s truck. Deputies found heroin under the driver s seat, more heroin on the passenger floorboard, oxycodone, a plastic bag with methamphetamine residue, a scale and assorted paraphernalia consistent with narcotics use and distribution, the release said. ....

Drug Suspect Claimed Heroin Was Laxative

Steven Coplen, 29, was driving near his home in Crestview Saturday afternoon when he was pulled over for an expired vehicle registration.
A subsequent search of the auto turned up assorted drug paraphernalia, Oxycodone pills, and a plastic bag with methamphetamine residue. Cops also discovered 26 grams of heroin under the driver’s seat and one gram on the passenger side floorboard, according to the Okaloosa County Sheriff s Office report.
Coplen, however, denied he was holding heroin, instead claiming that the substance was a “chocolate laxative,” a la ex-lax. Pictured above, Coplen did not offer an explanation as to why some of the purported laxative was stashed under his seat. ....
