SILENTO, is 23 now, and he s just been arrested for allegedly MURDERING his cousin.
The cops found the cousin, 34-year-old Frederick Rooks, shot to death in a Georgia street on January 21st, along with eight bullet casings on the scene.
There s no motive for the shooting, but supposedly the police have surveillance footage linking Silento to the scene.
Silento had other run-ins with the authorities last year. In October, he was caught driving 143 miles per hour . . . and in September, he was arrested and charged with two felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
