Supervisors extend moratorium on Solano tourist homes FAIRFIELD The Solano County Board of Supervisors extended its urgency moratorium Tuesday on new short-term vacation rentals until April 2023. But the board made it clear that it wants this matter settled far sooner, and set a six-month “check-in” to evaluate the staff progress. Errol A.
