A lack of available land and funding were to blame for the social housing shortage, Dung told the “Social Housing: The Establishment of the 2021 - 2030 Comprehensive Social Housing Policy in Vietnam” workshop on April 20 in Hanoi. ....
RAID: A woman being escorted from the house in Bolton A SINGLE mother who let family and friends stay in her home even though she knew they were illegal immigrants has avoided a spell behind bars. Haoi Mai Coffey provided a roof over the heads of at least three Vietnamese nationals who were staying in the country without the correct documentation. The businesswoman’s offending came to light when officers raided her Bolton home in October 2019 in connection with a cannabis plot for which four people were sentenced at Preston Crown Court last month. While Coffey played no part in the drugs conspiracy, a search of the house did find that people who did not have the right to stay in the country were and had been living in her home. ....

This is not a list of all offenders jailed, but of those who have committed serious offences when Lancashire Police have deemed it worthy to release their custody photographs to the public. 1. Van Dang, Ho Qa Dong and Cam Thi Ho Three members of a family who conspired to set up cannabis farms in houses across the North West, Yorkshire and the Midlands were jailed earlier this month. They all pleaded guilty to conspiracy to produce cannabis. Van Dang, Ho Qa Dong and Cam Thi Ho were sent to prison for four-and-a-half years, 27 months and three years respectively. ....
