The Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Oct. 16, 2020 at the Wescott Street residence Martinez shared with Antasia Babcock and their children. During the search, officers reported seizing a pound of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, drug paraphernalia and about $62,000 in cash. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $10 million fine. ....

The U.S. Attorney’s Office on Thursday announced the charges to 27-year-old Antasia Babcock and 34-year-old Celeste Carr, the latter of whom is facing an additional charge of possessing with intent to distribute heroin. According to the criminal complaints, the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force executed a search warrant Oct. 16, 2020, at Babcock’s Wescott Street residence.
