For the 30,000 or so Indian Americans living in Colorado, the coronavirus pandemic presents an emotional whiplash right now.
About 43 percent of people in this state are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, and hospitalizations continue to fall. Gov. Jared Polis has lifted the statewide mask mandate for vaccinated Coloradans. People are finding freedom they haven’t known for more than a year.
But the pandemic remains a dire emergency in India the second-most populated country in the world. Densely packed cities, strained health infrastructure and a contagious variant have devastated the public. A new study of an expert from Stanford University revealed that zoom video communication leads to burnout or zoom fatigue, which is often ignored and considered as simple exhaustion. The researcher said that it is possible that your feeling of tiredness is caused by four key factors.

For Rhiannon Wenning’s high school students, history lessons during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic are sometimes all too real.
 
“Last semester, when I was teaching about the black plague, students were able to make many comparisons and parallels between the black plague and what’s going on right now with COVID,” Wenning said. “Everything that we’re teaching they’re able to see and they’re experiencing themselves.”
But while teachers continue to do what they do educate our state’s kids many of them say they’re also putting themselves at serious risk of getting sick. Many school districts around Colorado either have or soon will transition back to full or part-time in-person learning. ....
