Friday’s update had 56 new cases, spread over 10 sones, including a high of 13 from Saskatoon, with just 22 recoveries. That leaves 448 active cases of COVID-19 in the province, of which 46 people in hospital. A dozen hospitalised infections are receiving treatment in an I-C-U. The seven-day average for new cases in Saskatchewan inched up to 45. There were no new deaths because of the virus reported Friday.   There are 56 new cases of COVID-19 to report in Saskatchewan on July 30, bringing the provincial total to 49,940 cases.
