Stoneham’s Human Rights Commission attends active bystander training Community Content On Jan. 14, Stoneham’s Human Rights Commission members Dennis Sheehan and Lieutenant Tony Kranefuss of the Stoneham Police Department participated in an active bystander training workshop, coordinated by Donna Gaffey and funded by the TA office, presented by Quabbin Mediation of Orange.
