Greyson Sigg completes comeback victory at Visit Knoxville Open May 16, 2021

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – After a back-nine battle that included seven one-stroke swings within the final pairing, Greyson Sigg made a six-foot par putt on the 18th hole to secure a one-stroke victory over Stephan Jaeger at the Visit Knoxville Open. Trailing Jaeger by three at the start of the day, Sigg closed with a 4-under 66 and secured his first Korn Ferry Tour victory with a 20-under total.
“When Jaeger gets out there in the hunt, he s hard to beat, so I knew I had to go out today and shoot at least 4- or 5-under and luckily for me, I did,” Sigg said. “I ve been close and it just speaks volumes to how hard this tour is and how good these guys are. I ve been close and finally today I was able to [win].”

Stephan Jaeger claims 36-hole lead at Visit Knoxville Open May 14, 2021

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – For the second week in a row, Stephan Jaeger is in contention heading into the weekend on the Korn Ferry Tour. Jaeger, the Korn Ferry Tour points leader, followed up a first-round 64 with an 8-under 62 on Friday to take the lead at the midway point of the Visit Knoxville Open. Jaeger leads Kyle Reifers by one stroke and Greyson Sigg by three at Holston Hills Country Club.
Jaeger co-led after the first round last week and was one stroke back after 36 holes before eventually settling for a T5 finish. Overall this season, the 31-year-old German has collected two wins and eight top-10s in 26 starts on his way to the top position in the points standings.
