Updated 3/14/2021 5:16 PM McHenry County officials and the McHenry County Department of Health will hold a virtual town hall meeting for residents to get their questions answered about the distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine and the different paths available to receive it. The meeting will be streamed on Facebook Live from 7 to 8 p.m. March 23. It will feature county board Chairman Mike Buehler, Public Health Administrator Melissa Adamson, Director of Nursing Susan Karras and Public Health and Community Services Committee Chairwoman Lori Parrish.
Joining them will be Dr. Irfan Hafiz, infectious disease specialist and chief medical officer for Northwestern Medicine hospitals in Huntley, McHenry and Woodstock. ....
