THEY CAN STAY HERE FOR 60 DAYS AND THEN THEY GET TO MOVE ON INTO THEIR PERMANENT HOUSING THE AVERAGE STAGE JUST 55 DAYS AND NEARLY 85% OF THE FOLKS THAT MOVE IN HERE TEMPORARILY FIND PERMIT HOUSING. IT’S A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT AND THANKS TO THESE VOLUNTEERS. IT IS A BEAUTIFUL ARRANGEMENT IKEA DONATING MORE THAN 25 THOUSAND DOLLARS WERE THE FURNITURE COMPLETELY REDOING 4 OF THE HOME. Date Time Scholarship recipient – a leader in her field in local government Dubbo Regional Council staff member, Kerryann Stanley, has been named as a successful recipient of the Councillor Pat Dixon Memorial Scholarship for 2021. Councillor Pat Dixon was the first Aboriginal woman elected to Local Government in Australia and worked tirelessly for the community she represented. In recognition of her service and achievements in Local Government, the scholarship was established for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Councillors and council staff across NSW to undertake further study, professional development or research.
