Two more Douglas County restaurants have reopened for indoor dine-in, despite the county being in extreme risk. Aaron Corvin, a spokesman for Oregon OSHA, told KEZI 9 News that they have open complaints against Blac-N-Bleu Bistro and MyCoffee, both on Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg. Corvin said the complaint regarding Blac-N-Bleu was made this week. He also confirmed that there is also an open complaint against Casey’s Restaurant right now. The restaurant was fined nearly $14,000 in May 2020 after they reopened for dine-in against Gov. Kate Brown’s first stay-at-home order.
