Two more Douglas County restaurants have reopened for indoor dine-in, despite the county being in extreme risk. Aaron Corvin, a spokesman for Oregon OSHA, told KEZI 9 News that they have open complaints against Blac-N-Bleu Bistro and MyCoffee, both on Garden Valley Boulevard in Roseburg. Corvin said the complaint regarding Blac-N-Bleu was made this week.
