ROSEBURG, Ore. – For the first time ever, Douglas County moved to moderate risk on Friday.
Under these new guidelines, gyms and indoor entertainment facilities can be open at 50 percent capacity or 100 people max.
The same rule applies for indoor dining at restaurants and bars.
