Testing a toolkit that uses patient experience feedback to improve care

It was tested over a year on six wards to improve care Abstract Listening and responding to patients is essential but healthcare organisations struggle to do this effectively. This article describes a project to create the six-step Yorkshire Patient Experience Toolkit, which supports teams to collect and use patients’ feedback to improve care.
