Crosbyton man indicted on charge of online solicitation of a minor Raymond Garza, 30, of Crosbyton(LCDC) By KCBD Staff Share on Facebook Share on LinkedIn LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - Raymond Garza, 30, of Crosbyton has been indicted by a Lubbock County Grand Jury on a charge of online solicitation of a minor. The police report says an officer participated in an undercover operation targeting the online solicitation of minors and prostitution. The officer created an account portraying themselves as a 15-year-old female on the MeetMe app. Garza was using the name Trey Static and contacted the undercover officer. The undercover officer revealed to Garza that she was 15- years-old. According to the police report, Garza tried to get her to text him that she was 18, but then he texted her, “say no more I’ma pick you up later.” ....

Pritzker and the Illinois Department of Public Health announced on Friday an expanded partnership with Federally Qualified Health Centers across Illinois to administer the COVID-19 vaccine. The partnership is an effort to ensure an equitable rollout of vaccinations across the state, officials said. According to a news release from Pritzker s office, starting in March, the partnership will direct vaccines from the state s allocation to select health centers, building on a federal program that will begin with 25 health centers in certain states and ultimately expand to hundreds across the nation. The health centers will then administer vaccines to underserved populations, including the homeless, migrant workers, public housing residents and those with limited English proficiency. ....
