While there aren t a lot of recipes designed for one, many are easily divisible. Watch out for eggs, but most other ingredients can be halved using scales and measuring jugs. Many of the items showcase the premium suppliers used by Trader House restaurants, which include Cutler and Co and Gimlet. Alongside the fresh baked pastries from Baker Bleu and coffee by Single Origin are salads and sandwiches for a grab-and-go lunch, fresh-cut flowers from Monbulk local grower Guy McDermott, eggs, milk, and specialist pant
