CADIZ Beginning later this month, a food truck vendor will set up shop each week in the village as a part of its new Food Truck Fridays.
The Cadiz Business Association is sponsoring the upcoming events. Cadiz Police Chief Ryan McCann, who is also president of the CBA, said the village wanted to bring something new to the community that residents would enjoy.
“We wanted to come up with something for right now to provide something different for people in the community,” he said. “We’ve seen other communities doing it and thought it would be a good thing for people to get out and enjoy.”
