Jan 8, 2021 Ricardo Martin The Belize Airports Authority has a new seven-member board of directors. Ricardo Martin is the newly appointed chairman of the board of the B.A.A. A press release from the Belize Airports Authority says that Martin brings years of experience and leadership skills that will (Quote) “ensure the prosperity of the B.A.A. by collectively directing the company’s affairs while meeting the interests of its shareholders and relevant stakeholders.” We note that Martin was a key member of the new Civil Aviation Minister Andre Perez’s campaign team. Martin is joined by two other San Pedranos and strong supporters of Perez; they are Perez’s brother-in-law Sandy Roberts, who has been appointed as deputy chairman, and Natalie Arceo, who will serve as secretary to the board.
