YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - The Yuma County Sheriff s Office (YCSO) announces Friday afternoon that a convicted sex offender, Anthony Jack Villarreal, 47, has recently changed his address.
Villarreal now lives at 12164 S. Scott Ave in Yuma. The 47-year-old stands at 5 5 tall, is about 165 pounds, and has peppered hair with brown eyes. He is not currently wanted by authorities at this time.
The Yuma County Superior Court accepted a guilty plea agreement from Villarreal on November 4, 1993, sentencing him to 24 months intensive probation for one count of Sexual Conduct with a Minor. ....

YUMA COUNTY, Ariz. (CBS 13) - The Yuma County Sheriff s Office welcomed eight new detention officers Thursday during a graduation ceremony for academy class 101, at the Dr. Martin Luther King Center.
Following a seven-week training course and more than 280 hours, eight out of the ten who started the training completed it and were sworn in by Yuma County Superior Court Judge Gregory Stewart.
The recently graduated officers were also congratulated and welcomed by Yuma County Sheriff Leon Wilmot and Detention Captain Milner.

A judge rules William Hardy s death the day he went missing
YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) - A Yuma County Superior Court judge declares a missing man since 2019 officially dead.
62-year-old William Hardy was last seen driving his Chevy pick-up truck from his home on February 16, 2019, and was never seen again.
Border Patrol agents found Hardy s vehicle in a remote section of the Sonoran Desert 50 days after he went missing.
Last week, attorneys requested the judge to determine whether Hardy should be declared legally dead, adding the investigation led nowhere. ....
