Jet Edge has partnered with luxury hospitality management company, Montage International to deliver private aviation to travellers visiting any of the group’s properties.
Jet Edge’s fleet will be available to Montage International guests and residential owners traveling to any property within its international portfolio. Jet Edge owners, Reserve members, and charter flyers with a confirmed Montage or Pendry reservation will get special charter rates on flights to all Montage International destinations.
CEO Bill Papariella said:
“We see Jet Edge providing an extension of the world class expectations Montage and Pendry guests and homeowners are accustomed to.” ....

United Airlines has agreed to purchase 15 of Boom Supersonic’s Overture aircraft, subject to them meeting safety and sustainability standards. The agreement also includes an option for 35 additional aircraft.
Unlike other competitors in the supersonic space, Boom’s model targets commercial passenger flights to begin with. It aims to have the aircraft flying in 2029.
Aviation commentator, Sally Gethin, told BBC Radio 4’s PM programme:
“The public has always had a fascination for supersonic and it keeps reappearing on the agenda. However, all the hazards of the Concorde still have to be overcome.” ....

Halo Aviation will be the launch customer for 200 of Eve Air Mobility’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. Deliveries are expected to start in 2026.
Eve – Embraer’s urban air mobility arm – will work with Halo to bring UAM services to the UK and US.
Under the terms of this agreement, Halo will work with Eve to develop a new eVTOL operation in both countries.
“We believe Eve has designed an aircraft that is well-prepared for not only initial certification but also has a proven track record of production,” said Kenn Ricci, principal of Directional Aviation. ....

By 2021, it had a backlog of $11.2bn – or 93 orders – for its AS2 supersonic jet.
