YOUNGSTOWN Police tonight are investigating the second shooting of the day.
Police were dispatached about 8 p.m. to the 500 block of Lee Avenue where a person had been wounded in the leg by gunfire. Police declined to offer any details on the shooting. The victim was being treated at an area hospital.
A 4-year-old boy remained in critical condition after being wounded shortly before 2 p.m. in the Victory Estates apartments.
Police were called at 1:50 p.m. tody to the apartment in the 600 block of McBride Street on the East Side, where they found a woman in the rear of the apartment holding a boy, 4, with a gunshot wound, Youngstown police said. ....
