Erik Osuna also pleaded not guilty to one count of destruction, alteration or concealment of evidence. The two were charged after the death of 9-year-old Emrik Osuna, Erikâs biological son, on Sept. 2. Emrik did not have a pulse and was not breathing when police and paramedics arrived at the familyâs Meridian apartment on Sept. 1. Emrik was pronounced dead at around 1:30 p.m. the next afternoon. ....
